The house is located in a quiet residential area near YMCA road, Alleppey. The site has been divided into two levels with a height difference where the building is placed on the elevated south side of the plot.

The concept of the house is based on the traditional Kerala planning and materials in modern interpretation. The entire plan stems from an indoor courtyard that serves to provide an openness to the structure supported by sunken courts and green pockets.
