The brief was to provide a wellness center centre with cardiac and diabetic specialities integrated with a commercial space for an exclusive diabetic store, a fitness center and coffee shop For Dr. Rishi George . This wellness center is Located ideally near The Jawaharlal Nehru International Stadium in kaloor. A clean clinical flow has been maintained throughout in the planning process of the diabetic and cardiac center. The elevated  coffee shop ,in front, rich in its greenery not only  attracts the joggers but also enhance the image of  the stadium link road.
